Thank you for choosing DualForge3D. Because we forge our products specifically for you using precision 3D printing technology, our shipping process differs slightly from traditional retailers.

Processing & "Forge" Times

• Standard Orders: Most items (like our 5-pack cable hooks) require 1–3 business days for production before they are shipped.

• Large or Custom Orders: Larger collections or seasonal decor may require 3–5 business days depending on the complexity of the prints.

• Note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Domestic Shipping Rates (USA)

We primarily use USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Mail to ensure your items arrive safely and affordably.

• Delivery Estimates: Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our studio. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

DualForge3D proudly ships to addresses within the U.S. Territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS
